Job Description -

*Primary responsibility would be to call the customer and explain about the BULK SMS, Voice, What's app service, WA Sender, IVR, Long Code Based & other IT & VAS services we provide.

*Handling Sales enquiry through phone, chat & email.

*Knowledge of sales life cycle and effective communication skills.

*Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

*Maintain and develop a computerized customer and prospect database

*Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.

*Candidate must have excellent English & Hindi communication.

*Ability to handle sales enquiries independently.

Desired Candidate Profile -

*Candidates having IT/BPO / Call Centre/Corporate Sale experience is most preferable.

*The candidate should be Enthusiastic & energetic with a go getting spirit. Presentation & Communication skill should be outstanding.

Salary -

• For BDE – 15k to 35k +incentive( Depend on interview)

Experience -

• For BDE  - Minimum 1year (Fresher also allow)

*Education -UG –Any Graduate
