Job Overview

We are hiring Retail Counter Billing Executive to join at our clients retail store. As a Retail Counter Billing Executive, you will be responsible for handling the billing and payment collection process at our retail counter. This role requires strong computer literacy skills and knowledge of tally and office accounting software. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with front office operations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Retail Counter Billing Executive or similar role
• Excellent computer literacy
• Proficiency in tally and office accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues
• Basic knowledge of front office operations
• Ability to work well in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle the billing and payment collection process at the retail counter
• Generate invoices and ensure accurate billing information
• Collect payments from customers and provide receipts
• Maintain records of payments and daily sales transactions
• Coordinate with the finance team for reconciling accounts
• Assist customers with any billing-related queries
• Handle customer complaints and resolve billing issues
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retail counter area
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
• Assist in inventory management and stocktaking activities
