As a Service Engineer Color Sorter, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting color sorting machines. Your technical expertise will help ensure that our clients' machinery operates efficiently and meets desired performance benchmarks. You will also provide training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair color sorting machines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance
- Advise customers on best practices for machine usage
- Provide training and support to machine operators and end-users
- Document and report on service activities and findings
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of color sorting technology
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently to client sites
- Strong communication and customer service skills
