Responsibilities :-

● Proven work experience in Manual Testing

● Having at least 3+ years of experience in team handling

● Hands-on experience with Quality Assurance and Software Testing methodologies

● Experience with test case and test plan creation and execution

● Experience with API Testing, performance testing, regression, sanity testing, smoke testing etc.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional agile team environment

● Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA and bugzilla and experience with automation testing is a plus

● Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, or a related field

● Having client handling experience is a must. Required Experience and Qualifications:

● 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance, with demonstrated leadership

experience

● B. Tech, BCA, B. Sc (IT), M. Tech, MCA or M. Sc (IT), MBA candidates will be preferred.

Qualifications:

● Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices

● Proficiency in manual testing and automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

● Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
