Skills
• 1-2 Years of Experience in Personal Assistant at senior management level.
• Provide full administrative and secretarial support at a senior level to the Director to ensure the smooth management.
• Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
• Manage Director’s travel arrangements and records of Director’s contacts.
• Manage arrangements for Review meetings and responsible for day-to-day Official activities of Director.
• Prioritize all Trust incoming/outgoing mail and any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
• Ability to organise and plan day-to-day works on own initiative.
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent TALLY skills, including a working knowledge of Tally Software, Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Salary will be provided as per the market norms and current CTC.
