Skills Required:

• Strong coding skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with React.js, Node.js, and modern full-stack frameworks
• Knowledge of AI/ML systems, LLMs, and tools like OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.
• Experience designing and deploying scalable automation or AI solutions
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud Platform
• Ability to build and maintain backend infrastructure with APIs and integrations
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving ability
• Hands-on experience with data processing, automation pipelines, and AI agents

As a Founding AI Engineer, you’ll:

• Build AI agents that can operate TMS/ERP systems, even without APIs
• Develop document and email understanding systems powered by LLMs
• Design low-latency, fault-tolerant voice and chat automation systems
• Architect and scale backend infrastructure to support real-time AI workflows
• Work closely with founders to define the technical roadmap and product vision
• Contribute to both AI modeling and production deployment for enterprise-grade reliability

Salary Range:

₹40 – ₹60 LPA + Equity Compensation
