Job Responsibilities:

Developing our Intranet Portal hosting key business applications, reports, and utilities.

Building automation tools to minimize Excel usage and manual work.

Working on Salesforce–SAP integration for seamless operations.

Enhancing mobile applications for attendance and leave management.

Supporting AI-driven projects like Sales Forecasting, Blending Optimisation, Sentiment Analysis, and Market Insights.

Creating workflow automation, training modules, and payroll systems.

What We’re Looking For:

Hands-on experience in .NET / Python / SQL / Web & Mobile App Development.

Strong understanding of API integrations and database management.

Exposure to AI/ML tools or interest in learning them.

Problem-solving mindset and collaborative spirit.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in software development, preferably in enterprise-level or ERP-integrated environments.

Prior experience in leading digital transformation or automation projects is an advantage.
