Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Depot Incharge to manage our Wayanad depot operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in accounts or finance and be capable of handling all financial and operational responsibilities at the depot, including billing, cash handling, bookkeeping, and stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the depot.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain bookkeeping records and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Oversee stock levels and ensure proper documentation of stock movement.
• Prepare and submit regular reports related to stock, cash flow, and other operational data.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
• Coordinate with the central finance/accounts team for audits and reconciliations.
• Use SAP or other ERP systems for transaction entries and reporting (SAP knowledge is a plus).
• Safeguard depot assets including cash, stock, and documents.
• Support logistics, dispatch, and receipt of goods as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in accounts, finance, or depot operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in FMCG, logistics, or distribution sectors.
• Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management practices.
