We are hiring for *HR Recruiter Work from Home *

Shift Timing - 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM

Working days - 6 Days Working. (Monday to Saturday)

Training :- 30 Days (3k Stipend)

Salary :- 15000

Languages Required :- English and Hindi (Both)

An eligible candidate -

- Must have objection handling skills.

- Must have a good understanding about recruitment.

- Must have Laptop and Wi-Fi connection.

- Must have alternative Sim/number to call Candidate.

- Compatible phone to record calls.

- Comfortable to work with company norms.

- Available on calls, email and WhatsApp groups during the shift hours.

Responsibilities -

● Find candidates and foster long-term relationships.

● Understand client requirements.

● Take interviews over the call.

● Making more than 80 calls in a Day.

● Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising).

● Evaluate resumes and applications.

● Source candidates using databases, social media etc.

● Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening.

● Match the most suitable candidates to different positions.

● Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice.

● Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer.

Interview mode :- HR ( On call ) >> Ops ( On video call ).
