Job Title: Project Engineer - Oracle Fusion Cloud

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Hiring:

• Actively recruiting 25 candidates with a strong preference for individuals skilled in Database Management, particularly Oracle, or those with exposure to ERP applications or integration tools such as Mulesoft, Boomi, OIC, etc.
• Targeting fresh MBA graduates for Finance and Supply Chain functional roles and B.Tech/BE graduates (preferably from Computer Science backgrounds) for technical and integration roles.
• Final selection of candidates will be done in collaboration with Elfonze’s Client team.

Training:

• Join a custom-designed training program starting in January 2024, focusing on Oracle’s latest enterprise solutions over a 13-week period.
• Tech resources will receive dual training in both Oracle and Mulesoft.
• Specialized training for roles in S2P, R2R, I2C, Zuora, and EPM for the Functional resources.
• Soft skills training and Agile fundamentals will be integrated into the curriculum to ensure well-rounded development.

Requirements:

• Recent graduates with a degree in MBA (Finance or Supply Chain) or B.Tech/BE (Computer Science preferred).
• A foundational understanding of databases, with Oracle familiarity being highly advantageous.
• Interest or background in ERP applications or integration platforms like Mulesoft, Boomi, OIC, etc.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and work methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available to start work in a full-time office setting from Jan 2024.

• Recruitment and onboarding to take place in December 2023.

Opportunities Post-Training:

• Post successful training completion, select candidates will be deployed as a Full Time employee to our Client in various capacities, including technical, EPM, Supply Chain, R2R, Payables, Procurement, I2C, and Zuora roles.
