Urgently required : Manager (Costing & Taxation)

Qual.- CA

Exp.- 5 to 8 yrs.

 CTC- 10 Lpa to 12 Lpa

The Candidates have following knowledge :

• Planning & Budgeting : Compilation of information from Plant, Marketing & accounts. Providing the analytical inputs of actual & plan. Planning & budgeting documents for plant in consultation with corporate.

• Exposure of M.S. Office with SAP in FICO, MM Module.

• Ensuring & establishing methodology - system / report for tracking of Budgeted exp with actuals on monthly basis.

• Anti-dumping data : Co-ordinating with consultant, developing methodology for data preparation, preparation of data , participating in compilation of data for company as a whole & giving explanation for queries to all stake holders.

• Tracking the section wise cost & reporting the abnormalities to concerned area head to evaluate the scope of improvement and to ensure appropriate allocation of common cost.

• Valuation of Inventory : Monthly, Quarterly & Annually MIS & addressing the queries of statutory auditors.

• GST working - GSTR 1, GSTR 3B return filing and comparison with GSTR 2B , GST refund claim filing and handling the GST team comprising of 3 persons. MOOVR Scheme managing at the Plant.

• Project capitalisation work.

• Inter departmental co-ordination for resolving the matters like Budget / Opex / Cost centre assignments, Items issue/ consumption posting , Utilities units posting, Production orders' confirmations, Master data relating to BOM or routing, Process inventory monitoring etc.

• Evaluation of various proposals for new investments, savings & product decision making.

• Analysing the large contracts ( third party agreement ) and reviewing periodically.

• Variance Analysis : Raw material consumption, power & fuel consumption & sales variances - Preparation & replying queries of statutory auditors & corporate team.

• Providing classification & allocation of Income & expenses allocation ( actual & estimated) for preparing monthly product wise & plant wise P & L as well as estimates.

• Finalisation of Cost Records as per the Cost record rules applicable for the division. Completing Cost audit report for the division.

• Awareness of Quality Management System viz 5S, Kaizen,  etc.
