Job Description:

Urgently required - Dy. Officer / Officer (Cost & Budget)

Qual.- B.Com. / M.Com. (MBA) / ICWA

Exp.- 5 to 8 yrs.

CTC- 4.8 Lpa to 6 Lpa

Location –Gujarat

The Candidates have following knowledge :

• Exp. of plant level costing and MIS function.

• Exposure of M.S. Office with SAP in FICO, MM Module.

• Exp. of BOM and Routingets in SAP.

• Exp. of compiling the details of cost for various utilities viz. Steam Cost, Air Compressor Cost, Power & Fuel cost and allocation to the relevant plant.

• Prepare following MIS timely (production, sales, stock & wastage, Calculation of Export price & margins, Cost centre wise summary of Maintenance cost, Cost centre wise summary of Salary & Wages cost).

• Planning & Budgeting : Compilation of information from Plant, Marketing & accounts. Preparation of Various budget reports for plant in consultation with corporate.

• Physical verification of Inventory : Monthly for MIS & Quarterly/Annual for quarterly results. Addressing the queries of statutory auditors.

• Tracking Budgeted exp with actuals on monthly basis for various dept./wbs/periods and reasons for variances.

• Inter departmental co-ordination the matters like Budget / Opex / Cost center assignments, Items issue/ consumption posting , Utilities units posting, Production orders' confirmations, Master data relating to BOM or routing, Process inventory monitoring etc.

• Variance Analysis : Raw material consumption, Power & Fuel consumption & Sales variances.

• Preparing P&L on monthly basis for Plant wise and product segment wise.

• Assisting in maintaining Cost Records as per the Cost record rules applicable for the division. Also assisting in Completing Cost audit report for the division.

• Awareness of Quality Management System viz 5S, Kaizen etc.

• Monthly Stock report for insurance declaration.
