JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business

·        Preparation of presentations about the Sites for better understanding of the Team.

·        Creation of marketing concepts

·        Coordination and organization of demand generating activities like tradeshows, company events or customer workshops

·        Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands.

·        Monitoring the team and guiding them on necessary time.

·        Reports generation and submission to the Management.

COMPETITION & MARKET KNOWLEDGE:

·        Know our competitors and projects nearby and understand the differential USP (Unique Selling Point) between our projects and their projects along with their price points.
