Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team at Crafts By Elegance. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in sales, preferably within the interior design industry. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and leading our sales team to achieve targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales role, with a maximum of 6 years in relevant industries.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team effectively and achieve desired sales targets within set deadlines.
• Strong expertise in developing and implementing successful sales strategies and campaigns.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and analyzing sales data.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing high-value deals, contracts, and partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability in solution selling, focusing on matching customer needs with suitable design solutions.
• Experience in lead generation, managing sales pipelines, and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our market presence and customer base.
• Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, research, and referrals.
• Coordinate with our design and project management teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote Crafts By Elegance.
