Job Overview
This is a full-time sales executive role based in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore. We are seeking a mid-level professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our client base within the interior design industry. The position demands effective communication and relationship-building skills to foster long-term engagements with clients.
Qualifications and Skills
- The candidate must have proficiency in lead generation (Mandatory skill) and possess a strategic approach to sourcing new clients.
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM software is required for managing customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Strong cold calling abilities to prospect potential customers and initiate new business opportunities.
- Excellent presentation skills that effectively communicate design solutions and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Proficient in customer relationship management to maintain and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Capability to conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate concepts and build rapport with clients.
- A proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit to work within a dynamic team environment focused on creative excellence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored design solutions that align with their expectations and budget.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our design capabilities and services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and report sales activities and forecasts to the management team for informed decision-making.
