Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Designer to join our team at Crafts By Elegance in Bangalore. This full-time position demands a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in design to contribute to our growing portfolio of projects. The Designer will be integral in continuing our commitment to design excellence and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Mandatory skill) is essential for producing high-quality designs and layouts.
• Strong branding skills to develop and maintain a cohesive brand vision and design language across all projects.
• Expertise in design thinking methodologies to create user-centered designs that align with client needs and expectations.
• Proven experience in user interface design to enhance the usability and aesthetic of digital products.
• Skilled in UX research to gather and analyze user insights for designing intuitive user experiences.
• Proficiency in using Sketch for wireframing, prototyping, and creating design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precision and quality in all design outputs and project documentation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
