Position: HR Recruiter (Non-IT Recruitment)

Industry: Iron & Steel Manufacturing

Location: Srikalahasti, Andhra Pradesh

Experience: Minimum 6+ years

Salary: ₹50,000+ per month (based on experience)

Note: Only candidates willing to relocate to Srikalahasti should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing (non-IT) roles

✔ Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and referrals

✔ Call and screen candidates directly to assess fit and interest

✔ Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts

✔ Maintain recruitment reports and ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

🔹 Minimum 6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment

🔹 Mandatory experience in the manufacturing sector (Iron & Steel preferred)

🔹 Strong communication and candidate engagement skills

🔹 Ability to manage multiple open roles at once

🔹 Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and databases
