Skills
Required Skill:
• Proven experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably within procurement or finance.
• Strong knowledge of budget tracking, purchase order systems, and invoice processing.
• Experience with Statement of Work (SOW) creation and submission processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), and experience with procurement or financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skill:
• Experience in contract management or vendor relations.
• Background in finance, accounting, or related fields.
• Familiarity with budgeting and procurement policies in a corporate environment.
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce / Economics / Finance.
