JD For Quality Engineer 

Qualification: Diploma/BE mechanical

EXP: 4-7 yrs of experience in heavy fabrication & sheet metal industry

Location: Ranjangaon MIDC ,Pune

Role And Responsibilities 

1 To Attend morning review meeting

2 Conduct Incoming Inspection as per IQP.

3 Receiving parts QC checking & reports as per RQP

4 Raw material inspection and records as per RQP

5 Raise rejection note to purchase dept. in case of any NC in supplier part at incoming stage.

6 Ensure segregation done for NC parts.

7 Maintaining rejection / rework records

8 Give on job training to technicians and operators

9 Layout Inspection for proto parts.

10 Recording NC identified at final stage & Raise the NCR 

11 Execute actions as per customer complaints

12 Recording customer complaint & Raise the NCR

13 Cycle Time Monitoring for Customer complaints

14 Planning & implementation of CI Projects

15 Recording of deviation taken at assembly shop

16 Maintaining & updating KPI & sustenance monitoring 

17 SCAP/Action Plan submission to superior

18 Update of Final Quality plan if required 

19 Monitoring of Daily inspection status & rework rejection status

20 Analysis of in house & customer concerns

21 Daily rework & rejection data collection & analysis.

22 Customer need - related documents submission as assigned to QC enggineer

23 Conduct Fixture audit 

24 Involvement in New part development activity / ECN 

25 Working as CFT for Customer & in-house complaint – For cause analysis & action

26 Updating of customer complaint & in-house log sheet

27 Pareto analysis for customer & in-house

28 Individual KRA monitoring 

29 Maintaining documentation of ISO 9001-2015 and facing audit

30 Checking of weld quality
