About the Role:
· A Service Coordinator acts as an advocate for their clients and provides information on how they can connect with a right person at a right time for complaint matters. In addition, they work as an intermediary between clients, often serving in a support role for them during difficult times. Expand the list of resources and providers to assure there are no gaps in services
Responsibilities:
· Assessing the service needs of clients and linking them to the appropriate resources and providers.
· Planning and organizing production and dispatch schedules with store executives
· Facilitating programs and services and transportation.
· Assess client issues and provide recommendations to fix problems
· Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
· Maintain good relationships with service providers and clients to keep customer base
· Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office
Candidates Requirements:
· Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English
· Proficient in Typing
· Accuracy and Attention to Detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and software programs
· Excellent Customer Service and Problem Serving Skills
· The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask
· Preferred Qualification : Graduates / Bachelor’s Degree Holder
· 2-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required
