About the role:

Communicating with potential customer. Making outbound calls. Understanding customer needs. Explaining product features and benefits. Negotiation Skills. Assisting Sales and Marketing Team for sales closure.

Responsibilities:

·        Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow up, calls and emails.

·        Understanding customer needs and requirements

·        Contact new and existing customers to discuss product requirements.

·        Answer questions about the products

·        Promoting products and services

Candidates Requirements:

·        Fluency with all three languages such as : Hindi, Gujarati and English

·        Negotiation Skills

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, ERP and sales software programs.

·        Preferred Qualification : Graduates / Diploma in Engineering

·        3-4 years of Experience required in the same or relatable field
