We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to fill the position of Car Wash Attendant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned to a high standard and customer satisfaction is achieved. This role requires attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assess customer's needs and recommend appropriate car wash services
• Operate car wash equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and drying machines
• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of each vehicle to a high standard
• Check vehicles for damage and report any findings to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including equipment and tools
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
• Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in car washing or detailing preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
