Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:
  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to engage prospective clients.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and present features and benefits to potential customers.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new markets and potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
  1. Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay updated on product features, specifications, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Attend sales training sessions and workshops to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as required.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare sales contracts, proposals, and other necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
