Few Pointers which is a MUST

Excellent in communication

Candidates from service industry preferred

Needs to be pleasant and presentable

Should be ok with Blazer as uniform and preferred to have a 2 wheeler

 

PFB the JD for BD:

 

1.     Identifying new sales leads-by means of calls, cold calls, visits to companies.

2.     Pitching products and/or services of EFC to potential leads

3.     Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets

4.     Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing

5.     Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

6.     Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

7.     Preparing PowerPoint presentations

8.     Developing quotes and proposals

Supporting the sales team in other ways to develop leads into clients.
