<h3>Roles &amp; Responsibilities</h3>As a Production Technician, you will:<ul><li>Battery Assembly: Assemble lithium-ion and LiFePO4 battery packs, ensuring precision, quality, and safety in the production process.</li><li>Quality Control: Perform inspections and tests on battery packs to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.</li><li>Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain production machinery and tools used in the manufacturing process.</li><li>Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving production processes and provide feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.</li><li>Component Handling: Safely handle and work with various battery components, including cells, modules, and wiring, according to engineering specifications.</li><li>Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions during the assembly process.</li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, complete reports, and ensure all work is logged in accordance with company guidelines.</li><li>Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the engineering, R&amp;D, and quality control teams to align on production requirements and goals.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>Technical diploma or certification in electronics, electrical, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in production or assembly, preferably in the electronics or battery industry.</li><li>Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology is a plus.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing safety procedures and equipment operation.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li></ul>
