Job responsibilities:

• Excellent customer service skills (including questioning, probing, listening, establishing rapport, matching and closing).
• Process applications and guide students as per the requirements.
• Identify and assess student needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain healthy relationship.
• Flexibility and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• To ensure the best Customer Experience is given to all students.
• Handle student complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of students.
• Genuine passion for speaking to people, answering queries and a clear communicator.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Freshers or experienced can apply (0-1yr).
• Strong language, communication, and interpersonal s kills (English, Kannada, Hindi and Telugu fluency mandatory).
• Focused and goal-oriented.
