Principal of CBSE School: 

A reputed CBSE School in Vartur, Bangalore is hiring for the post of Principal for the New Academic year 2024.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of academic excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school and ensure the effective delivery of academic programs 

Develop and implement a vision for academic excellence, based on best practices and current educational trends 

Create and maintain a positive and supportive school culture that promotes learning and student achievement 

Manage the schools budget, resources, and personnel, including hiring, evaluating, and mentoring staff 

Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to establish academic goals and implement strategies to achieve them 

Develop and maintain partnerships with families, community organizations, and other educational institutions 

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local education laws and regulations 

Represent the school in local and regional education forums and committees 

Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all students, staff, and families.

Qualification & Requirements

Post Graduate with Bachelor / Masters degree in education or a related field 

A minimum of 4 to 5 years of successful experience as a school principal / Vice Principal or in a similar leadership role .

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A deep commitment to student achievement and educational excellence.

Well Versed with CBSE curriculum and its implementation.. 

The ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, families, and community partners.
