Job Overview

We are seeking PGT Teachers specializing in Economics, Chemistry for an ICS curriculum International School in Bangalore. This is a full-time, teaching position at Senior Secondary level in Bangalore Rural/Bangalore Urban/ Bangalore areas. This role requires individuals capable of delivering high-quality education while fostering an engaging learning environment. Candidates with expertise and passion for teaching will thrive in this dynamic and impactful role.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver subject-specific lessons in Economics, Chemistry, for ISC Grade 11 and 12 Students, ensuring content is current and relevant.
• Create a stimulating and interactive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum that cater to diverse student learning styles and academic levels.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through continuous assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Integrate educational technology into teaching practices to enhance instructional delivery and learning outcomes.
• Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior in alignment with school policies and educational best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to align teaching practices with institutional goals and standards.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated with educational trends and advancements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Post Graduate degree in relevant subject with BEd or CTET
• Atleast 2 to 3 years of teaching ISC Curriculum for Grade 11th & 12th
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• In-depth knowledge of Economics concepts, theories, and application
• Proficiency in using technology for teaching, including smart boards and online platforms.
• Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
• Knowledge of curriculum frameworks of ISC
