Sales Management

The ideal candidate will do Min 3 field calls daily for Sales and Recruitment .

He/ She will have targets for promotions within 6 months and year to bet good increment.

This candidate should have an ability to understand customers needs in a given territory and educate self recruited partners and Agents / Advisors on effective sales presentations and techniques for Life Insurance Plans.



  • Recruit partners and advisors under him every month
  • Educate both consumers, partners and advisors about the product
  • Plan for recruitments of Partners and Advisors and handhold them for targeted sales within time frame


  • 12th OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience with business to business sales and business to customer sales
  • Strong management, time management and communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced working environment
