The ideal candidate will be disciplined with Min 4 Years Sales experience into LIFE INSURANCE Co. She / He should have experience in conducting product demonstrations and recruitment of agents and partners. This candidate should be comfortable with min.3 field calls in around base location. She/He should be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with reporting authority and senior members while out in the field.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients , agents etc.
- Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
- Generate potential leads for future sales
- Set and exceed quotas
- Track and report sales in organized manner
- Communicate effectively with other members of team
Qualifications
- 12th Std. OR Bachelor's degree
- Min.4 to 5 years of sales experience in Life Insurance field
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
- Ability to travel in order to do business
