Project Manager (Civil)

Outbound calls for close looping, Incoming Calls Troubleshooting, Preparing civil and construction estimates, analyse data, present and facilitating client regional team and Field technicians coordination.

OVERVIEW - The tasks and duties

Your role is communicating with different teams through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and Slack. You have specific targets to meet daily or monthly, and your performance is evaluated based on predetermined KPIs.

Your prior experience working with blue-collar workers such as drivers, technicians, delivery boys, and truck drivers is valuable.

You must know what the company needs regarding carpenters, electricians, civil engineers, tilers, masons, plumbers, and similar workers and understand the corresponding charges.

You should be skilled in problem-solving and handling different situations. Your job involves coordinating, negotiating, documenting, and obtaining approvals.

You are also responsible for arranging material and spare deliveries, managing upcountry travel, and conducting site visits. Your ability to analyse data and generate reports will help the company make informed decisions.
