Job Title: Flutter Developer (Cross-Platform Mobile Apps)

About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled and driven Flutter Developer to join our product team in Gurugram. You will be responsible for building new cross-platform mobile applications & maintaining Flutter app for Technicians.  Easyfix’s backend stack is built with Spring Boot, and you must have close backend experience to work with product teams.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Using Flutter & Dart - develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications
• Build responsive UIs for across devices and screen sizes.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs developed in Spring Boot.
• Research and Optimize app performance for Android and iOS experience.
• Manage deployment and updates for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Use Flutter DevTools, Git, and debugging tools to troubleshoot and maintain code quality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designer, backend developer, product manager and last mile user (technician, client and backend) to implement new features.
• Clean documentation, and scalable code using latest app architecture and state management.

Must-Have Skills & Knowledge:

• Flutter SDK & Framework: Solid understanding of widgets, navigation, layouts, stateful/stateless widgets and more.
• Dart Language: Strong command of Dart, including asynchronous programming (Futures, Streams) and more.
• State Management: Experience with Provider, BLoC, Riverpod, or GetX and more
• Responsive UI Design: Ability to build flexible UIs for different device sizes.
• App Publishing: Experience deploying and updating apps on Play Store and App Store.
• Local Storage: Familiarity with Hive, SQLite, or Shared Preferences for storing user/session data.
• API Integration: Confident working with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and handling API responses.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, or mobile analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Codemagic, GitHub Actions).
• Basic understanding of native Android/iOS development (Java/Kotlin/Swift).
• Awareness of app performance optimization best practices.
