Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Client Service Representative who is fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client queries, ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing service-related queries and concerns.
• Communicate fluently with clients in Telugu, Hindi, and English to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations, technical, and field teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Handle service requests, maintain client records, and follow up on service status.
• Log all client interactions accurately using CRM tools and generate regular reports.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional conduct.
• Support the sales team by identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities during client interactions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, client servicing, or a similar client-facing role.
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory, along with proficiency in Hindi and English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of service-oriented industries (maintenance, operations, logistics, etc.) is a plus.
