Job Description:

Easyfix Handy Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Zonal Head for Bangalore. The ideal candidate is a male professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, ready to travel extensively and manage zonal operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee operations and service delivery in the Bangalore zone.

· Ensure client satisfaction and resolve escalations.

· Coordinate with internal teams to maintain service standards.

· Travel regularly for on-ground team and vendor management.

· Drive performance and meet zonal KPIs.

· Prepare reports and support strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:

· Experience in regional/zonal operations or field service roles.

· Strong problem-solving and team management skills.

· Willingness to travel extensively.

· Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.

· Graduate; MBA preferred.
