Position Title: Senior Executive – B.O.O.T

Department: BOOT

Location: As assigned

Reporting to: Manager – B.O.O.T

Overview of the position:

• This position is responsible for executing the standard
• operation procedures and daily tracking and maintaining
• the existing MIS system. Data Analysis, Data Forecasting, MIS
• Reporting and coordinating with multiple departments.
• Preferably from the retail background

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Co-ordination and follow-ups with all the business
• development managers (Analyzers) and brokers, resolving
• their queries.
• Act as a link between analyzers, Legal and project teams.
• Assisting and Tracking ‘Wellness Lead Management’
• application for New Sites approval.
• Daily tracking and maintaining MIS system. Preparation of Dashboard Reports on Daily basis.
• Data Analysis, Data Forecasting and MIS Reporting.
• Initiating and tracking detail catchment of new stores via Google forms
• Interrelating with Legal Admin team (Licensing) for
• Documents Submission till License Receive of New Stores.

• Good experience in Advance Excel, Well versed in MS Office tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate in any field
• Work Experience: 2-4 years
• Certifications: Traveling whenever required
• Language:English and Hindi / Marathi
• Any Special work conditions required
