Job Role - Relationship Manager - Wealth Management

Salary - 10 - 50 LPA (Depending upon the expected and last drawn CTC)

Mode - Work From Office 

Cities - Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Noida, Pune, Chandigarh 

Hours - Full Time 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

The Wealth Manager will be responsible for acquiring new HNI clients and maintain the existing relationships by offering customized wealth management services. 

The key focus is on growing the book/AUM and generate revenue along with offering customized portfolio of investment products aligned to customer needs.

➢ To Provide financial solution to the Wealth Customers in line with the client’s

risk reward expectations.

➢ Increase the customer wallet share by cross selling the Investment Banking

products (structured) along with third party investment products.

> Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations and legislation governing the financial industry.

➢ Maintain high service standards with complete transparency, trust and

integrity.

• Provide financial solution to the Wealth Customers while maintaining high service standards

• Maintain complete customer profile including risk profile, demographics, investment horizon & return expectations.

• Enrich relationships and gain higher wallet share through customer engagement activities

• Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Investment Banking products (structured) along with third party investment products

• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration

• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations and legislation governing the Bank

• Acquire new customers

• Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis

• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system

Requirements:

1. Graduation/ post-graduation from a recognized institute.
2. 
   
3. AMFI/IRDA and NCFM certifications.
4. Good communication skills in English and the local language.
5. In-depth knowledge of the investment products & financial markets.
6. Ability to manage complex situations, handle pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal, relationship and networking skills.
