As a Global Learning Specialist, you would facilitate the live discussion for our small group (3-6

students) online classes. Our learning team members come from a range of backgrounds -corporates, doctors, teachers, educators, lawyers etc. Real world experience helps in delivering

case-based learning, pioneered at HARVARD, which is based on real- world problem solving and

integrating classroom concepts to their application in the real world. Unlike other programs where the teachers make the content and lesson plans, at Early Steps Academy, all the cases, content,

curriculum, class discussion algorithms, discussion flow, rules and frameworks are centrally designed by the R&D team, experts and Sneha (the founder). All our learning team members are trained systematically on the material. It not just makes the job easy, but also is an upskilling experience for the learning team members.

As we scale our impact, we are recruiting more learning team members to facilitate our growing

number of online live sessions for children worldwide. Please find below the details of the

requirements, role and the profiles that would be a good fit.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare for the live class based on the content provided (No lesson plans needed; we will provide all the content to you)

• Be online 15 minutes before the scheduled session time

• Conduct live online sessions for ~3-6 children at a time

• Provide feedback based on learning outcomes shared with you

• Completing training successfully in a timely manner

Who is a good fit

• Fluency in spoken English (strict selection criteria)

• Weekend availability (big preference criteria)

• Basic expertise in written English

• Previous experience in debating, dramatics, and other oratory activities is a bonus

• Humility and willing to learn and grow

• High speed internet connection and a properly working laptop
