Job Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience for Oppo Sansco Technology. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for Oppo Sansco products. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. This is a full-time position based in Kannur, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma IT / ITC BTECH
• 1 to 5 years of experience in servicing products
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshooting.

• Diagnose hardware and software issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Install, configure, and maintain Oppo Sansco products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Develop technical documentation and knowledge base articles
• Follow service procedures and maintain accurate records
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support
