Position Overview
Talented and competitive Business Development Managers thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Arrange business meetings with prospects
- Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- The job will entail traveling for field visits, customer meetings and event participation.
- Help in developing good quality sales training materials and customer case studies
Desired Candidate Profile
- Maintains Excellent relationships with Stakeholders in named accounts
- Excellent verbal and written (English) communications skills. Strong listening abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts.
- Prior experience in Technology sales is mandatory.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Striking conversations with strangers
- Solution driven approach
- Proficient in use of CRM, Sales force Automation, Email drip campaigns, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Should have experience in entire sales cycle including prospect qualification, solutioning, objection handling, Stakeholder management, Closure, account relationship management and Upselling
