1.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Responsibilities: §&nbsp;Analyse RFQs (Request for Quotation) from Customer.§&nbsp;Prepare costing using standard process and tools based on inputs such as specification documents, P&amp;IDs, layout drawings, IO Summary if available, BOQ, etc…§&nbsp;Prepare offer documentation consistent with data provided by sales team.§&nbsp;To help deliver a winning bid, with a clear scope with accurate technical and commercial commitments in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget that will result in a clearly defined and profitable contract. §&nbsp;Prepare System Architectures, technical submittals, compliances / deviation lists§&nbsp;Ensure the specifications of proposals meets with the customer’s requirements and needs.§&nbsp;Maintain tools to track status and completion daily, and update sales team on daily/weekly basis on progress and any obstacles/delays.§&nbsp;To assist Sales team during technical and commercial clarification pertaining proposal with clients.§&nbsp;Participate in weekly reviews.§&nbsp;Provide Benchmark data from similar bids.&nbsp;2.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Technical Skills and Abilities Required:§&nbsp;Proficient on PLC, field instruments, electrical control/MCC panels and SCADA/BMS Software concepts.§&nbsp;Proficient at evaluating specification documents, P&amp;IDs, layout drawings, IO Summary, etc…§&nbsp;Proven expertise OR ability to learn and excel very fast with new BMS/EMS platforms.§&nbsp;Excellent skills on Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, Power-point).&nbsp;

• Attend the scouting, searching, and developing of new suppliers• Arrange the evaluation and the selection of the suppliers• Negotiate with suppliers to always get the best condition (quality, price and delivery) with respect to drawings and target prices, as per Company requirements• Predispose the Purchase Agreement with the suppliers, to be approved and signed by the General Manager (GM). before the release to the supplier• Release orders only to reliable suppliers, replacing the non-reliable suppliers in the shortest possible time• Buildup, take care and develop the relationship with suppliers• Analyze the market and find new solution in order to optimize the purchasing• According to the sales orders and the production necessities, release purchasing orders and verify them as well as attend to their issuing and archiving• Coordinate the visits to the suppliers in order to guarantee the respect of the quality standards discussed and agreed with the supplier during the selection, in coordination with the Quality Controldepartment• Urge the deliveries as per given orders and schedules• Manage the Non-Conformities regarding quantity and quality discrepancies of the supplies through coordination with Quality Control department• Work with Accounting department to prepare the payment sheet related to the suppliers and present it to the General Manager (GM). for the finalization and the approval• Negotiate the transportation costs (sea, air, road) with various service providers• Assist in preparation of all the accompanying documentation regarding the transportation in conformity with the norms in force and with the customs export – import procedures

Job Title:&nbsp;Sr. Project Engineer (PLC System)&nbsp;Qualifications Required:1. Education: BE (Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Electronics) OR MSc (Instrumentation).2. Experience: 1-3years&nbsp;Basic Skill-sets Required:<ul><li>Hands on experience on Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC system</li><li>Has completed at least 4 - 5 site commissioning independently with AB PLC.</li><li>Should be having experience in process automation like pharma/ food / oil / gas / chemical industry.</li><li>Is aware of all the hardware related to all series of AB PLCs.</li><li>Independently able to handle tag database</li><li>configuration of simple control loops including device control logic</li><li>Should be able to configure complex control loops</li><li>Has worked on at least 3 complete project lifecycle</li><li>Worked on migration projects</li><li>Knows PLC Architecture very well</li><li>Worked on Factory talk view and Wonderware SCADA</li><li>Worked with and has good understanding of industrial and IT communicate protocols (FTE/EtherNet/Modbus/OPC-DA, OPC-UA etc)</li><li>Should be able to handle AMC visit independently.</li><li>Prepare Activity break down and Schedule</li><li>Prepare implementation plan</li><li>Assign activities to individual team members for execution</li><li>Conduct daily, weekly, monthly meetings for Periodic Review</li><li>Prepare documentation and templates (Basic and Detailed Engineering Documents) - Logic flow chart, Control philosophy,</li></ul>Additional Know-how is preferred:<ul><li>Electrical drawings</li><li>Knowhow of Fibre Optic communication</li><li>Knows basic scripting in VB</li></ul>General Skills Required:<ul><li>Should possess good communication skills (English - Verbal and Written)</li><li>Should appreciate importance of Standards and processes and compliance to same</li></ul>
