Job Description:-

· Handling recruitment junior to senior level 

· Excellent knowledge & hands on experience in different job platforms e.g. Naukri, Naukri Gulf, LinkedIn, Facebook

· Identify suitable candidate via networking, referrals, headhunting and advertising

· Presenting the opportunity to the candidate and analyzing the candidate credentials for the position  

· Coordinate the entire recruitment process with the client in an efficient manner while ensuring maximum client satisfaction 

· Strong interpersonal and communication (Both Verbal & Written)

· Minimum 5 years of experience required
