Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Community/Social Media Manager and Content Writer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing its distribution of it across various social media platforms, as well as engaging with our community.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies to build brand awareness and drive engagement across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Create high-quality written and visual content, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and more - Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent delivery of content
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage
• Measure and analyze the performance of content and social media campaigns, and use insights to optimize strategies - Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry developments, and emerging platforms Requirements: - Proven experience in community management and social media management, preferably in a similar industry
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective content strategies across multiple platforms
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including algorithms, trends, and best practices
• Ability to use social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
• Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress
• Experience with basic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
