3. To follow the SOPs while responding to clients online and offline.
4. To coordinate with teams in other locations for efficient delivery of services
5. To undergo training as scheduled and keep updated with information
6. Should be able to speak english, hindi & kannada.
7 Should be flexible & ready to work 11-8 pm shift
