Job description

Product trainers are responsible for developing and delivering training programs related to a company’s products or services. They work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their training programs accurately reflect the latest features and functionality of the company’s offerings.

Product trainers may also be tasked with creating and maintaining detailed lesson plans and materials for each training session. This includes everything from slideshows and videos to exercises and assessments.

Hiring for Soft skills, Product Trainer-KPHB

Role is positioned as Subject matter expert for Soft Skills and Behavioral Training

Key responsibility includes providing training and up skilling of resources hired as fresh graduates for working in customer facing roles

Design and develop the training content

Design and develop the regular assessments to understand the effectiveness of the training

Track individual performance during and after the trainings and conduct refresher sessions on need basis.

Experience: 2-5yrs
