Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain loan products.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable financial solutions.
• Maintain lead records and follow up regularly to ensure closures.
• Update CRM systems with accurate customer information.
• Meet assigned sales targets and deadlines.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresher to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office & internet browsing.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and good at handling objections.
• 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
