Job Title: Offline Community Manager

Location: Hyderabad, India

We are seeking a highly motivated Offline Community Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our offline community presence through events, partnerships, and collaborations.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute offline events, such as meetups, workshops, and conferences

Build relationships with community leaders and stakeholders to drive engagement and growth

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community initiatives

Create and manage content for offline community channels, such as newsletters and social media

Analyze and report on the impact of community initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in an offline setting

Strong networking and relationship-building skills

Experience in event planning and management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Familiarity with community management tools and technologies
