Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the admissions team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrollment growth

Deliver training programs to improve the knowledge, skills, and performance of the admissions team

Mentor and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge of the admissions process

Analyze data and market trends to inform sales and training strategies

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless admission experience for prospective students

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and performance metrics

Attend industry events and conferences to stay current with trends and best practices

Foster a positive and productive team environment

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
