Skills

  1. Maintain ISO Quality System in compliance to latest version of 9001 :2015
  2. Prepare facility and QMS for yearly external audit for ISO 9001 Quality System.
  3. Support QA functions including quality planning, preventive actions, NCR activity, CAPA, management of change, development of quality metrics.
  4. Analyze QA and other data for trends and reporting. Utilize various statistical tools in problem solving of business quality problems.
  5. Plan, coordinate and conduct audits on existing processes.
  6. Create and maintain documents such as process flows, procedures, forms and work instructions.
  7. Investigate issues relating to quality to identify corrective action and ensure implementation is effective
  8. Train and support various process owners on the QMS and auditing.
  9. Analyze customer complaint, internal nonconforming product data and production data and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Report progress of improvements to the Quality Manager.
  11. Verify corrective action taken by the departments.
  12. Coordinate with managements for review meeting.
