• Responsible for all marketing processes including customer related processes as specified by API & ISO standards

• Customer communications

• Enquiry handling, order review and acceptance, communication of orders to production and quality and relevant department

• Assessment of customer satisfaction

• Awareness of safety system and importance of using safety equipmen

• To discuss the requirements of customer to operations manager

• To discuss with customer regarding the feedback

• To negotiate & fulfill all the requirements of customer in consultation with operations Manager

• To receive all positive & negative feedbacks from customer and communicate to relevant person within the organization.
