• Responsible for all marketing processes including customer related processes as specified by API & ISO standards.

• Customer communications 

• Enquiry handling, order review and acceptance, communication of orders to production and quality and relevant department.

• Assessment of customer satisfaction.

• Awareness of safety system and importance of using safety equipment

• To discuss the requirements of customer to operations manager.

• To discuss with customer regarding the feedback.

• To negotiate & fulfill all the requirements of customer in consultation with operations Manager.

• To receive all positive & negative feedbacks from customer and communicate to relevant person within the organization.
